Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation of Services:

a. Cancellation by Customer before Confirmation:

- Bookings that are canceled before confirmation on the Platform will not incur any charges.

b. Cancellation Fee:

- If the customer elects to cancel the service request after confirmation and prior to the Service Professional's arrival, a cancellation fee may apply as per FL's cancellation policy.

Refund Policy:

a. Refunds for Prepaid Services:

- For prepaid services canceled before the service delivery, FL will refund the amount paid by the customer.

b. Refunds for Unfulfilled Services:

- If a Service Professional cancels or is unavailable, FL will either arrange an alternative Service Professional or provide a full refund for the unfulfilled service.

c. Refund Processing Time:

- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within [insert number of days] working days from the cancellation date.

- Refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed upon by the customer.

Exceptions to Refund:
